Baking Essentials: Pumpkin Pie Spice

Ah, pumpkin spiced goods… perhaps autumn’s finest benefit, a lovely perk that often makes the uncomfortably cool weather wholly endurable. I prefer to prepare my own pumpkin pie spice, rather than purchase the mix offered at a variety of local supermarkets. It requires minimal effort… simply stir together an assortment of spices you keep on hand, it will take no more than a brief moment of your time.  Utilize the blend however you would like – and enjoy!
