Ah, yes… the new year has arrived, in its customary sudden, abrupt fashion. I can scarcely believe that 2014 is truly upon us – was it not just January 2013? Whether we are prepared for a fresh start or not, it has undeniably arrived. Am I ready to heartily embrace new possibilities, to bravely face new challenges? I believe so. I do believe so. This year, I intend to grow as a photographer, a writer, a cook and a baker. How shall I achieve these goals? Simple. Shoot often. Write often. Cook and bake often. My official project of the year: 365 Photographs (I will explain this in detail in a future ‘Morsel’ post). Grades are yet another priority – earning high grades, of course. Studying may be tiresome, but is certainly worth the effort. Most. Certainly.

It is my hope to provide you with a host of healthy recipes over the course of January, to aid those of you with nutrition-related resolutions. I may not be able to post as often as I would prefer to, a direct result of busy, everyday life… but let us set matters of my hectic high school schedule aside.
