lovely little things: life lately, a 28 day ‘TEAtox’, & my YOUR TEA review

Hi, there, friends! And happy, happy Monday to you!

Shall we begin this morning’s post with a few random little thoughts/discoveries/interests of mine? I think so.

  • Currently Watching: That ’70s Show may not be quite as, you know, amazing(!) as Friends… but I kind of heart it. Because this. And this. And this.
  • Currently Reading: Ahh, Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell is just…. incredible! I completed this (terrific) novel several days ago, and oh goodness, I’m madly in love. To be honest, I didn’t expect to fall head-over-heels for this book, as Eleanor & Park was actually a bit of a disappointment for me. In my opinion, it didn’t entirely live up to its hype. But Fangirl? Adore.
  • Currently Learning: How to speak & read & write… in French! Though I studied Spanish for nearly eleven years, and have yet to master it completely, I recently decided to plunge headfirst into a third language. I met with a French tutor this past Wednesday, and intend to continue seeing her for weekly lessons. I can do this. I will do this! Bonjour!

Ah, let’s move on to tea, now. Okay? Okay!

YOUR TEA & a 28-Day TEAtox

Last month Your Tea contacted me, inquiring as to whether or not I would be interested in posting an honest review of their product in exchange for tea samples. I, of course, agreed to write a bit about them… after all, it is no secret that I adore tea of all kinds. The opinions below are 100% my own.

My mother and I both sampled the lovely tea YOUR TEA was kind enough to send, and oh, we loved it! The package arrived on an average weekday morn, and we eagerly tore it open, looking forward to the special kind of warmth only tea can provide.

YOUR TEA’s 28-day Tiny Tea ‘TEAtox’ is “designed to assist with” bloating & indigestion. It also increases energy… truly!

All in all, I highly recommend giving either the 14 or 28 day ‘TEAtox’ a go. You might just love it.

This Tea Is:

Delightful

Smooth

Silky

Light

Harmonious

Delicate

Clean

(and has no bitter aftertaste)

All in all… a worthwhile little detox that I totally heart.

Have a wonderful week, everyone! I have a number of sweet treats & photographs to share later on this month… stay tuned.

xoxo,

Abby

  1. its been a while I’ve left you a note Abby but been enjoying your photography greatly! And your pins of course. Being a tea fan myself I’m excited to try YOUR tea! Sounds delicious and perfect for these last lingering cold days.

    Ps: bon chance with French!

    • Thanks so much for commenting, Zainab! I’ve seen a lot of your work around the web (and Pinterest!!) lately, and just love all the yummy treats & pretty photographs you’ve been creating.

This tea is incredible, totally perfect for the end of winter (of course, here in Cali we didn’t really have a winter. Ah, well…).

And thanks for wishing me luck with French! The pronunciation is difficult, but I’ll get better with time (I hope…). 😀

  2. It’s finally warming up here in New York. The 14 day teatox sounds like a great idea before spring is fully here 🙂

    • Thanks so much for the comment, Amanda! I’m so jealous of your chilly NY weather… it was sunny here all winter long. 🙁

But yes, this tea is wonderful, so perfect for the last cold days of the season! 😀

  3. I could sip tea all day long, what lovely photos!

  4. A tea-detox sounds like a great idea! I’ll need to look into it 🙂
