  1. Black tights + polka dots forever ;). I love navy blue as well, so I can totally relate to Lucy-Claire! Love (and totally agree) with the tip to be ruthless with organizing and getting rid of anything that you don’t really love. Life is too short for those pieces to take up space in the closet!

If I can add a tip, I think it’s essential to have a really great tailor. Sometimes you really love something but the fit isn’t perfect, so then it’s worth it to spend the money and have it altered to fit perfectly, especially if it’s a classic piece.

  2. I need to get myself a pair of Doc Martens! I’m thinking of a solid black pair. / “But what if I need this?” That’s exactly what I always say! Okay I have a lot of work to do. -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey’s

    • Haha, you should so get a pair of Docs, Audrey! I think plain black would be way more practical than my patterned ones. 🙂
And yess right? After you get rid of things though, you never miss them and forget that they even existed! Plus it frees up closet space for more new clothes…. 😉

  3. I realize that I should blush to admit, that I have never read any of the Anne books. (Eeeeeeeek!!!)

But I have put this book, on my list of books to read.

    Better late than never.

    Gentle hugs,
    Tessa
