  1. It’s absolutely lovely, well done! I will be passing it on to my dd whom I’m sure will also love it. And I’m glad you like my pinterest account πŸ™‚ Congratulations, this is really a sweet and charming magazine. I’m impressed.

  2. I have no idea how you manage to do so many projects, how you keep creating fresh content, how you keep finding different mediums to express yourself with. You must be superwoman or something! It is such an honor to be included in your first issue, and it’s so exciting to see it altogether alongside your autumn contributors. / Why Paris? Why not Paris? ;P All these Paris/French beauty articles are psyching me out for your move πŸ˜€ / My favorite feature has got to be your tips for shooting portraits! People at school know that I do photography, but they have this crazy idea that because I can do one kind of photography, I can do all kinds of photography, including portraits for them πŸ˜› I really love taking pictures of my friends, especially when I catch them unawares, but the dynamic is very different in a photoshoot. Well, it shouldn’t be, so I’m still working on that. I’m a bit of a noob with portraits πŸ˜› -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey’s

    • Thank you SO much for your lovely comment, Audrey! I’m obsessed with creating new projects and content, but I worry about whether or not I’m actually doing myself a disservice by dabbling instead of focusing on just one niche or format. ANYWAYS. I have a post with my silly doubts coming soon, hahah.
And oooh, I’m so happy to hear that you enjoyed the feature on portrait shoots! It’s quite annoying how people assume that because you do one type of photography you can do them all. People that ask me to take sports action photos of them, for instance… no. Just no, sorry!
I can’t wait to see any portraits that you shoot in the future! I bet they’ll be fabulous. πŸ™‚

  3. OH YEAH and I really love the pretty words feature! I’m a huge quote/word monger. You should definitely check out http://other-wordly.tumblr.com πŸ™‚ I think you’ll love it as much as I do!

  4. Oh oh! I am so excited to read! I’m downloading now to read with my coffee tomorrow πŸ™‚ XOXO Haleigh

  5. Oh Abby! I am just completely obsessed with this new project! It is amazing and done so well! You should be so proud!! I am so honoured to be a part of this project, and especially this first issue! Thankyou so much for including my little segment. Like Audrey Said, I have no idea how you manage to keep up with so many projects!

    Xxx

  7. Abby this is such a lovely idea! Your magazine is so pretty and I loved reading every little bit of it. I think it’s really great how you got other bloggers to contribute and it’s all very creative.
