people are my favorite

All of the lovelies I had the great privilege of photographing in 2016.

My very first post of 2017 isn’t at all what I had intended… but, as I fell quite, quite behind with my ‘end-of-2016’ articles: here we are. Portraits I shot last (gasp) year. Enjoy, and I’ll be back soon with new content and, have I the time, my list of resolutions for these next 365 days.

Sending love,

Abby

Great portraits again, Abby! I love all the colors in your photos. I’ve been researching photography laws in France and apparently it’s very strict. I’ve just gotten into street photography and we’re leaving for France in about five months. I’ll have to see if I can make some good photographs there or else, I’ll just take some portraits too 😀

    Hope all is well!

      Hi Ron!

Thanks so much! While photography laws in France are strict, I would say they’re hardly strictly enforced – so be sure to have fun with your camera!

Your friends are so lovely! I’m hoping to do more portrait photography in 2017 🙂 I need to take pictures of things other than food! 😛 -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey’s

Haha, thanks, Audrey! Portrait photography is so fun, especially when you’re doing it with friends. It’s like hanging out and working at the same time lol. And umm, no such thing as too many food pictures! I haven’t baked or photographed food in way too long!
