24 hours in firenze

‘Tis time to take a little pause from Venice and her islands in order to devote a brief moment to the cultural and architectural wonder of a city that is Florence, Italy. This first post, which features the film images I shot whilst there, is intended to provide simply a taste of my day, as I’ll soon be recapping my adventure in another article, which will be accompanied by heaps of digital photos. So, today I’ll keep it short and sweet… basically, I arrived in Florence the morning of August 16 and departed the day after, just over 24 hours following my initial departure from Venice. How did I pass one day in the city? I’ll be sharing details soon, but the pictures above speak for themselves, no?

I hope you heart them! These memories are so precious, and I’m quite pleased with how I was able to capture them.

Wishing you all a beautiful weekend,

Abby

Abby

  1. I love the photo of the artists in the square, and I’m also loving that first photo of La Borsa! Can’t wait to hear all the details 😀 This reminds me of my trip to Florence :’) I’m gonna go back and look at mine whilst I wait for your blog post 😀 -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey’s

  2. I love Florence and you’ve captured Florence in the summer so well – I can almost feel the hot sun beating down!
